Today (June 6), the 2025 Suzhou Xiangcheng (Shenzhen) Industrial Development Promotion Conference was held, sincerely inviting numerous investment partners from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to visit Xiangcheng, learn about Xiangcheng, and join hands to ignite the spark of innovation and embrace the digital future. Shen Zhidong, Party Secretary of Xiangcheng District, attended the event and delivered a speech.

From the picturesque shores of Suzhou's Double Lakes to the forefront of reform and opening-up. Since 2017, Xiangcheng has hosted seven investment promotion events in Shenzhen, attracting leading enterprises from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area such as Guangzhou Automobile Group, Luxshare Precision, and Liao Wang Automotive Lighting to establish operations in the region. To cultivate an innovative environment and further build a business-friendly ecosystem that attracts both local and foreign investors, Xiangcheng released the “Xiangcheng District 2025 Action Plan for Optimizing the Business Environment” and the “Eight Measures for Gathering Young Talent and Building the ‘Entrepreneurship Island Plan’” during this event. It also collaborated with the Institute of Law at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences to release the “Cross-Border E-Commerce Enterprise Compliance Guidelines,” and promoted five major platforms: the Xiangcheng Economic and Technological Development Zone Modern Service Industry Platform, the Suzhou Artificial Intelligence Industry Park, the AI+ Transportation Industry Park, the Chunwang Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Hub, and the Suzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Park. With sincere intentions, Xiangcheng invites more partners to join and establish operations in the area.

On-site, a batch of high-end manufacturing projects, modern service industry projects, “Data-Driven Land” projects, and major projects were signed. The top ten investment promotion companies in Xiangcheng District, the Suzhou Guangzhou Automobile Intelligent Mobility Fund, the Huace Low-Altitude Industry Testing and Inspection Laboratory, and the Zhi Yingji “Photovoltaic Storage Direct Flexibility” Pilot Project were successively unveiled. Xiangcheng District also held a joint construction ceremony with the Guangdong Import and Export Chamber of Commerce, the Shenzhen Enterprise High-Quality Development Promotion Association, the Shenzhen New Energy Industry Association, and the Shenzhen Service Trade Association.

Feng Junlong, Director of the Suzhou Municipal Government's Greater Bay Area Work Liaison Office, and Wu Shaowei, President of the Guangdong Import and Export Chamber of Commerce, delivered speeches, expressing their expectations for deepening cooperation between Xiangcheng and the Greater Bay Area, and stating that they will continue to build bridges and serve enterprise development. Huang Guojun, General Manager of Rainbow Digital Commercial Co., Ltd., shared his experiences of establishing the company in Xiangcheng. Zhang Junbin, Founder and Chairman of Narwal Robotics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and Xie Zongzhi, Vice President of Zhiboxin Group, shared their reasons for choosing Xiangcheng and investing in the district.

Representatives from well-known enterprises and financial institutions in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, heads of relevant chambers of commerce and associations, leaders from renowned universities and research institutions, and representatives of high-level talent; Xiangcheng District leaders Shen Chunrong and Gu Min, along with heads of relevant sectors, departments, and state-owned enterprises, attended the event.
